How long does delivery take?
Metro areas typically take 5-10 business days after dispatch; regional areas 7-15 business days. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide. Delivery is included in the price of each product.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also request tracking at any time by emailing sales@prismnew.com.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will offer a free refund or replacement under our 7-Day DOA Guarantee. Please include photos or a short video of the issue.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes - unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.
