If your item arrives damaged, defective or non-functional, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a free refund or replacement. This guarantee is shown on every product page.
30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the packaging is brand new, unopened and the item is unused. Return shipping for non-faulty returns is at the buyer's expense.
How to request a return or refund
- Email sales@prismnew.com with your order number and a short description.
- For damaged or defective items, include clear photos or a short video.
- Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back - we will provide return instructions.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded for non-faulty returns.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for items damaged through misuse, normal wear and tear, or items that are no longer in their original condition. Requests outside the applicable return window may be declined.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
